By accessing or using The Boss Marketplace (“The Boss”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

1. Platform Role

The Boss is a digital marketplace that connects independent vendors with buyers. We do not own, sell, or deliver listed products and are not a party to transactions between users.

2. Vendor Obligations

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Honor representations made to buyers
• Refrain from listing illegal, misleading, or prohibited items

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers engage vendors at their own discretion. The Boss does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or outcomes of transactions.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Unauthorized access or data scraping
• Uploading harmful or malicious content
• Impersonation or misrepresentation

5. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and code are the intellectual property of The Boss Marketplace. Vendors retain rights to their own content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boss shall not be liable for losses, disputes, damages, or claims arising from vendor-buyer interactions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
